I want the Opportunity number and Quote number to match is this possible?

We currently utilize Professional edition, and I want the Opportunity# and quote number to match. If I cannot do this is there a way to have the opportunity number also show up on the quote master field?

 

Any advice would be great.

     Hi ,

     

    You can Create a formule field called "Quote Number" on Quote Object. Then You can see Opportunity Number On Quote  also .

     

    Formule:

     

    Quote Number = Opportunity.Opportunity Number
