Upon changing the unique name of an Approval Process I am getting this error when I try to submit a case for approval. My Approval Process is checked as Active and I am wondering where else I can look to troubleshoot this:
An erorr occurred when trying to process email. Please make sure the email is not in QA process. Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_APPLICABLE_PROCESS. No applicable approval process was found.

@Arifin: Are you referring your Approval Process in any Process Builder? If you have selected Let the submitter choose the approver manually option under step-3 (select assigned approver ) in your approval process, then Process builder won’t work. You will get a run-time error i.e. No applicable approval process found.
