I'm in a new Sandbox(refreshed one) with all custom Objects and related components (apex classes, triggers, workflow rules, validation rules,relationships etc). like newly created developer edition.
Is there an easy way to delete all the metadata components from this sandbox?

Take a look here Idea for Mass Delete of Metadata. There is no standard process for clean up this, but you can do this by using the desctructiveChange.Xml file and the migration tool.
