I have a custom field "Opportunity" (Lookup to Opportunity - Standard Object) in case object.
I kept this field in Service Console Highlights Panel from case feed base pagelayout. when i check a case record in service console view, this field returns id only(Opportunity record id).
I don't know why this field showing record id in the service console view. have the same issue with case owner field(standard field).
Can anyone suggest me why i am getting this in service console? i need a fix.
I tried with a custom text formula field(to get opportunity name) and it working fine in Highlights Panel.
