I think most of the events were originated in Outlook, and we had set this up to synch, but a whole lot of events are inexplicably being deleted from Salesforce. We were able to recover them from the recycle bin, but have since disabled synching because of fear of losing any more records. This is obviously having a seriously negative impact on our usage/adoption of Salesforce. Anyone else experience something similar? I really need some help! Thanks!

    So salesforce.com directly does not delete events but there may be a setting in your outlook connector that is removing events or is there something in your outlook configuration with Exchange which removes old events?
