Track owner update

Hi,

 

I want to track the record owner update(From old to new) on Account object. i did't enabled history treacking on Account owner field.

 

Any other ways to retrive this?

    I suppose you really don't have a way out if you are looking to retrieve the changes that happened in the past without any mechanism(History Tracking or Workflow Rule based tracking) in place!
