Last Activity date to populate at contact level

Question

I'm trying to see if it's possible to get a contacts last activity date to populate in a simple date field at the contact level. Essentially what I'm trying to do is be able to use this field for filters for Pardot so I can filter out contacts that have had a salesforce activity within the last "X" # of days.
