Not directly, no. The HTML status report does not include the RelatedTo field/relatonship only the Name field/Relationship. That report cannot be modified outside of adding the few fields available in the report type. Typically, to get more granular with e-mail status reports, I recommend looking at a 3rd party mail tool.
