In the process of outlining a project plan for my internal team to roll out communities. I have access to the SF provided implementation guide but was wondering if anyone had a true and tried implementation / Project Plan they used that they are willing to share. We do not intend on using external resources as we have a Salesforce Admin and Developer in house.
