transfer account and contacts from one org to new org

I have 27000 thousad contact and 5000 account. i want to transfer all data in new business org . i exported from old org and imported in new org . but accounts and contacts arent junctioned properly .  help me..

    Just checking, as yesterday I answered a very similar question, and it turned out the 2 Orgs were a Production Org and the Sandbox. If they are NOT related, then Beth will need to make sure that the config of the relevant objects is also the same between the 2 Orgs (so again, checking if it is a sandbox, or a totally unrelated Org, is relevant).

     

    That was my logic...not saying it is always correct though ;)
