outlook calendar won't sync with salesforce calendar

I have set up, desktop integration, salesforce for outlook set at:

 

Events, sync direction, outlook to salesforce, outlook always wins.

    Hello Lynn,

     

    When you run your Outlook, does the Salesforce for Outlook icon on your taskbar turning red from grey? If so what happens when you right click on it and move your cursor to Sync and left click on Sync now?
