Help with custom link - cloning a case to a new record type

We have a scenario where we need to clone a case, but the newly cloned case has a different record type (ie - we're trying to keep the case header info in tact to reduce double entry and manually changing the record type).  I created a custom link with the following code,but when I try it I get an error page that displays "URL No Longer Exists". 

 

My code for the custom link:

I verified the ID for my record type so I know that's right.  I would greatly appreciate any help from someone who has accomplished this.  Thanks!
