Let me clarify this question in hopes of a response.  I now have two users that when they click the "toggle" button, it only gives the option for Apple Mail or Entourage - no option for Outlook.  Both users have outlook installed and use it exclusively.  Both are running on OSX.  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it? 

 

Any guidance you can provide is much appreciated!

    We figured it out - somehow the reps were able to download the original version from AppExchange.  Not sure why it wasn't defaulted to the current version.  If your users have this issue, direct them here to get the latest version: http://code.google.com/p/maildrop/downloads/list
