We have a problem with users not logging into the system as frequently as they should.  Is there a way to set up an email alert to be sent to the users (automatically) that haven't logged in in say....the past two weeks?

I have the email alert configured, but when I got to set up a rule I cannot choose the User Object to base the rule on.   Will this require a trigger?  If so,  can someone give me a clue on what the trigger should contain?

Thanks

Not sure about automating this, but you can go this route.

    • Go to Setup>Manage Users>Mass Email Users
    • Click on Create a New View
    • In the view specify the following criteria: Last Login Date not equal to LAST 30 Days
    • The follow the process to send the mass email

You can simply send this out every month. I know it's not exactly what you requested, butI hope it helps.
