When I create a new account/contact/activity/etc some of the field values auto-populate, how can I change this so that they populate differently or how can I make it so that the field does not auto-populate?

    By playing around in the CRM I managed to figure out the problem. It turned out that certain fields had picklist values which were selected as the "default" option. By going through these fields and unchecking the defaults, I manged to fix the problem.
