How do I get "Pharmaceutical" as a option under "Industry" when creating a new a

When creating a new account I do not see Pharmaceutical as an option under Industry.  Do I control what's listed there or do I have to request additional through a process?  Thanks!

    You can add picklist value as below if you are an admin.

     

    Goto:

     

    Your Name -> Setup -> App Setup -> Account -> Fields-> Select Industry picklist-> Industry Picklist Values -> new
