Hi Bob - I just saw your question. To uninstall the Appirio Sync product:
1. Disable or delete all sync configs.
2. Uninstall the AppExchange package (in SFDC, go to Setup > App Setup > Installed Packages).
Step #1 is really the only required step. Note that step #1 is required; doing step #2 isn't sufficient, as SFDC doesn't notify software vendors when customers uninstall their packages, so there is no way we'll know to disable your sync configs.
