Can a CPQ product rule apply to multiple or all active products?

I have a situation where all my products have an option that is the same exact product and under a certain circumstance, any product added to a quote will need this option shown and selected.  Is there a way in a single product rule to achieve this or would a product rule need to be created for every product individually?

    Hi Mikey,

     

    I tried that but in the product rule, it seems you need to create a configuration rule that specifices the product the rule will apply to, meaning that I think I would need to create one for every product and then maintain it for any new products created going forward.
