I have a field which calculates opendate-closeddate. It is in IST time zone and i need to display in GMT time whenever it is giving result

    Hi Madhuri, 

     

    I hope, opendate - closedate returns the result in Number OF DAYS like 5 days , 7 days etc.

     

    and betweent IST time zone and GMT time zone only +5hr 30 mins difference. 

     

    You can use this formula - 

     

    (opendate - closedate) - (5.30/24)

     

    here  (5.30 / 24) for convert into a day. and IST time zone is in Plus of GMT it is I have minus the day.
