How can I change it so that it just shows my e-mail address without the prephasing no-reply@salesforce.com; on behalf of .....etc.

Thanks for your input Sunil. However, I think maybe another important point has been missed here.
This is SalesForce. Our Sales team is using these emails to drive our business through interaction with prospective clients. When we send them mail from salesforce, the email header screams loud and clear "DO NOT REPLY"... when in fact, we absolutely want them to reply!!!
Why can't the Sender ID Compliance email be " something-not-so-off-putting @salesforce.com" on behalf of xxx@domain.com?? Seems to me this is a significant oversight that is prohibitive for the companies that are using SalesForce as a way to sell more, more efficiently.
Is there a workaround / feature request that already addresses this?
