I have a client who implemented Intaact a few years ago and a part of it included turning on multi-currency, but only in Intaact. All the documentation states that multi-currency is REQUIRED to be turned on in both Intacct and Salesforce at the same time. It was not.

Fast forward and the client is ready to turn on multi-currency in Salesforce. We know of one instance where turning it on secondary breaks the integration. While the Intacct rep is trying to be helpful, we are not confident we are being given the right guidance.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What was your resolution?
