Can you Mass Run all Territory Management Rules at once?

I see you can go in to each Territory, find the rules area, and click Run Rules - but can you run them all at once, for all territories?

Not really. A parent territory with a rule and have it setup to "Cascade down" to child territories you could run multiple rules by Running from that parent. - I have yet to have this work very well.
