Timba Surveys requires 'sites' for external surveys. How does that work?

I am wondering what the cost for a 'sites' license is and if this would be better than some other external facing survey applications like 'Click Tools'.

Timba has a very long but useful documentation on creating Sites http://survey.altimetrik.com/installation-configuration/force-com-sites-configuration.

Just dont forget to go back to TImba Surveys and turn off collection then turn it back on so you get a new link. This last step is not on the documentation and I was stuck for a long time.
