I want to create a custom link to the New Task page within the campaign member page so that if the results is let's say left a message they could quickly and easily click the activity link in a new window and the contact name, account name, and assigned to (which would be contact owner) , would auto populate.
I understand the basics of links i just cant figure out the new task url to link to
any help?

What I did was I clicked the Log a call button on a Contact and copy and pasted the URL from the resulting window and then edited it with merge fields.
