I want to enter into Salesforce ONCE, and have it roll up to my Outlook calendar on my BlackBerry. Also, I organize by assigning many tasks to myself in Salesforce, and want them to roll up to my task (to-do) list on my BlackBerry (also handled through Outlook). In new to this. What exactly do I need to do???
