When I add an account team member they cannot add contact roles, notes, attachments or see activity history even though I gave them read/write access to accounts and contacts? But they can add contacts and log a call. Our OWD are set to private, is this the reason? Then what is the use of the account team if they can only use and see activity within a very limited scope?

    What is the OWD for the Activity Object, please change it to Controlled by Parent
