 I am trying to allow emails to be received into Salesforce. I have a MAC and they said to use Maildrop. How does this work and how do I set it up?

     As far as I know MailDrop does not allow you to receive emails through SF.  It is an app that you download and lives on your Mac.  When you receive an email through Apple Mail, open Maildrop, highlight the email you want to add to SF, then click the "add email" button in Maildrop.  It will open a new window and you can associate the email with a contact, account, opportunity, etc.
