We are upgrading our Cisco system to UCCX and I am being told by our sales rep that we have to use UCCX Premium (v. Enhanced) in order to get the Softphone integration with SalesForce.  Can someone verify this is true before we spend the additional money?

    My connection at Cisco says:

     

    "It’s correct, they need Premium.  The connector actively verifies this version when it starts up."

     

    So that's a yes.
