I just configured and installed Salesforce for Outlook.  At a previous company, I recall an email generated from a record in Salesforce would have a thread ID attached to it.  I'm creating emails from sfdc now, and I don't see a thread id.  Am I missing something?

    Thread ID is for Emails that originate from Email to case .

     

    It will not be generated for any other Emails...
