Many to Many with User Table?

Is it possible to have a many to many relationship between a custom object and the User table?

 

Example - Many Users can support the same hospital, and a single user can support many hospitals.

    Cool.  I know how to create the junction, just for some reason thought I couldn't link it to the User table.
