
I have email to case set up and working. I added an email template to an assignment rule. When I test as a uswr (sending an email), it works perfectly. When another user tests, I get the email response.
Thoughts?

Hi Steve,
It sounds like you have set up the email to always go to the workflow creator, in the settings the email options should allow you to select the current running user.
