How do I create case templates

I want to create a template so that I can choose that template when creating a Case.

I can create templates for emails but not for Cases!!

Hey Shane,

If you're trying to auto-populate a field, you can do this using URL hacking:

http://raydehler.com/cloud/clod/salesforce-url-hacking-to-prepopulate-fields-on-a-standard-page-layout.html
