Setting Quotas: Why can't I see the "Quota related list" on my profile when I am the system admin and have enabled "Allow Forecasting"?

I am using the Salesforce 13 Professional Trial version. I am trying to set a quota for myself. I have enabled "Allow Forecasting" but can't access/see the "Quota related list". I am the System Administrator on the account. Please help and thanks.

    Under "Adjustments" on the same page there is this option: "Enable adjustments for users. From Setup, click Manage Users | Profiles. Click Edit next to the profile you want and select the Override Forecasts checkbox." When I click on the link for "Profiles" it brings me to a page that says I have "Insufficient Privileges" to do that. Right now, I am the only one in the company and my profile is system admin.
