how can I see a column on lead view based on a installed packaged (Mailchimp) field?

We've recently installed Mailchimp for Salesforce and the integration looks quite good.

My question is, how can a column with the mc subscriber - stars rating in the lead/contacts list views?

Is it a formula field by chance? .If so, its not supported for list views. If it is not a formula field...

Did you scroll top to bottom in the available fields list? Custom fields are usually at the bottom of the list and not in perfect alphabetical order.
