1. Contacts NOT a member of Campaign A.
2. Contacts and Leads in Campaign A but not Campaign B.
3. Contacts and Leads in both Campaign A and Campaign B.

Actually, this does not work for me.
I was on the same track as you : I have implemented the report you suggest, and have summarised by campaign name. So I get :
- campaign name (empty) = 91 866 records
- campaign name INTNEW = 2 records
When I click on the first line (campaign name empty) to drill down, I get
- campaign name (empty) = 91 868 records
The 'drill-down' option has added the following filter option :
campaign name EQUALS (nothing)
which is obviously incorrect.
What's the right filter for this exception report ?
