We recently installed the Exact Target app within Saleforce and sent out a test email to 3 of our users. I can see the tracking in Exact Target but I am not able to see it in Salesforce. I left the box that says 'Individual Tracking Results Populated' checked but am now wondering if that should show when I click on the contact. Does anyone know if I am missing a piece or whether or not that information really gets populated in Salesforce?
