
Is their a possibility to make one event in SFDC and after this you can select the customers for who this matters.
For Example
the event is Mailing Catalogue 2013
this should be available for my 200 customers.
Normally you must do this for every customer but I prefer to make one event and then I'll get a list of alll of my customers to select and can plan this for one date and time and the result and status should be ' Done' and 'Succesful'

Rather then using Events you may want to look at using campaigns.
Camaigns fit the requirement you have described.
Setup a campaign record and then "Add campaign members" for each of your contacts or leads.
You can then track the individual status of each campaign member.
