How to add new Opportunity, Contact and Account at once and connected?

When getting new opportunities with a new customer, I'd like to create a new Contact and Account, where the Opp is connected to Contact and Account, where the Contact has a role in the Opp, and that the Contact is connected to the Account.

 

Is there a way to create a wizard or similar where you go through and create this? I found http://www.salesforce.com/us/developer/docs/pages/Content/pages_quick_start_wizard.htm but can't find a way to create a custom controller in my Professional edition of SalesForce.

 

Any thoughts?

    Espen, the easiest, fastest and standard way to do this in SFDC is to convert a lead.  If you create the lead and use the convert button you will have all 3 records related to each other.
