Why are the fields empty in most account records after importing?

When I imported my contact records as a .CSV file, most account records have no address, phone number, etc. Some are imported but most are not. Why? How can I fix this?

As @Nash mentioned, it could be validation rule... Can you try with any of the tools and see it works -

Data loader(EE or UL editions) -
