I want to have multiple contacts for the same lead or company. Is it possible to add another contact with email and phone info or must I put it all under the "other contacts" field? Or is is possible to link two leads that are from the same company but two different people I am meeting with?

    Hi Donald,

     

    Yes you can add multiple contacts to a single Account. When it comes to leads, you will need to create multiple lead records for each individual. When it comes time to convert the leads, when you click the convert button, it will prompt you as to whether or not you want to add the contact to the pre-existing account or if you want to create a whole new account all together.
