If we were to send surveys through Survey Force to external clients, could the responses be stored in an object on the relevant Account's page? How would Salesforce know to link the response with the account? We are asking for the company name in the survey itself but is that enough for Survye Force to link the response with the appropriate account?
If you send the form to clients and they response back then it will store in your custom object survey then you can map it with account as per company name . Are you want to associate this with Account?
