Our accounts have multiple locations and the accounting system creates the main account number and any other subsequent locations under the main account are designated with 1,2,3 and so forth. For example Acme Co: Acct 112233-1 (main account) then Acme Co: Acct 112233-2 (seperate location).
When we create a task or event and relate it an account the the lookup doesnt show the account number just account name, account site, phone and owner alias. Since the accounts share the same name and the only way to differient them is by account number, we have a hard time figuring out which account to associate a task or event to. So my thinking was to somehow use the Account Site field as a secondary location to hold the account number so it will show up on the lookup. Is that possible or is there any way of doing this?
