Hi , I would like to know if the forecasting categories metrics ( Pipeline = <= 60% ) is configurable . We would like to change Pipeline to say < 80% and omit Best Case ( 70% ) in total.

You can rename the Forecast Categories and remap the Opportunity Stages by going into:
Setup->
App Setup->+ Opportunities
- Fields
- Forecast Category
- Stage
- Fields
