Default Record Type

Help pleaes!  At some point I eliminated the ability for a user to choose from a dropdown of a record types (when creating a new opportunity), instead the page layout of the default automatically opens for them when they click create.

 

I do not remember how I did this and I need to "undo" my work now. 

 

Any ideas?
