
For example, I can set a task to call John Doe today and it will show in my activity list on the home screen. And under "Related To" it will say John Doe and subject it will say "Call".
Now today it shows "Call" under subject but "Related To" is now blank.
This only occurred with one account. This account is integrated with Outlook, if that helps.
So 2 questions here:
1. Why did this happen and how can we add them back?
or
2. Is there a way to rollback SF? Like revert to a previous version that had these Related To fields entered?

Thanks for the response.
Our sales rep figured it out. Somehow all of the contacts or tasks were deleted (like you said in the recycle bin) and then re-added without attached contacts.
He just restored his recycle bin and it returned to normal. Strange that it happened.
