I need to create a report that has Account information on it as well as information from the Service Contract. I can create a custom report type that relates an Account to an Entitlement but not direclty to a Service Contact. Ideally we could report on Accounts with Service contacts with or without Entitlements. Anyone find a way to do this directly in Salesforce.com?
I'm talking about the standard object called Service Contracts - it comes with the Service cloud and is separate from the standard object called Contracts.
