Products about specific release schedules should be directed to Salesforce directly. I doubt anyone on these boards knows and if they do they probably can't say. (Safe Harbor). Might be worth opening a case or contacting an AE.
As a general rule for mobile development Windows and Blackberry are going to lag behind iOS and android.
