Great! Business decisions or not, Salesforce has got to make better margins or budgeting, if they are complaining about market share of Windows phones. Many businesses are slow (I'm not saying all slowness is not smart - sometimes waiting is strategic) to make changes to mobile because it is so rapidly changing.
Regardless, be ahead of the curve SF if you have the money and position in the market, leave it aside if you just flat out don't fully love Microsoft. Cooperate. I say that only hearing from a service desk rep on force.com saying "I don't personally like Windows". Come on Spring or good bye Force.com!
