You may want to look at X-Author ( https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B5P76EAF ) from Apptus or Enabler for Excel ( https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B3GBzEAN )   I can't speak to whether they work with Windows 10 or not but they are both pretty current
