One thing that you'll need to keep in mind: If there are ANY child records related to the Account or Contacts (Activities, Campign History,Opportunties, Cases, Notes, Attachments, custom records, etc.) they will also need to be extracted and then re-parented (if possible) to the Lead records after they are re-Imported. Once the Account is deleted ALL of the child data will be lost.
